Terms and Conditions:
1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Accessiofy and the customer. By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to these terms and conditions. Accessiofy is registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 81145101.
2. Offers and prices
All offers in our webshop are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are stated in euros and include VAT (BTW). Shipping costs are excluded from the product price and will be clearly displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Formation of the agreement
The agreement between Accessiofy and the customer is concluded at the moment you place your order and we send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation will include your order details, total amount, and expected delivery time. Please check this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
4. Return policy
Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. You must report any issues within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Returns for aesthetic reasons such as color preference, design, or personal taste are not accepted. If a return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Screen protectors
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, screen protectors cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. Please carefully verify the compatibility, size, and specifications for your device before ordering. We provide detailed product descriptions and compatibility information to help you make the right choice.
6. Missing items
If any items are missing from your order, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please contact us via the contact form on our contact page with your order number and details of the missing items. Claims reported after 3 days cannot be processed.
7. Delivery and shipping
We process and ship orders the same day after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Accessiofy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
8. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the available payment methods in our webshop at the time of checkout. Your order will only be processed after we have received full payment. We use secure payment systems to protect your financial information. If payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.
9. Warranty
All electronic products sold by Accessiofy come with a statutory warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions. To claim warranty service, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
10. Liability
Accessiofy strives to provide accurate product information and reliable service. However, we are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or any other damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
11. Privacy and data protection
We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our privacy policy. Your data will only be used to process your order, improve our service, and communicate with you about your purchase. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
12. Intellectual property
All content on our webshop, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Accessiofy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
13. Disputes and applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements between Accessiofy and our customers. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your purchase will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing legal action.
14. Changes to terms and conditions
Accessiofy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of our webshop after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
